THE ROSE

The Rose represents the blessings and rewards reserved for those who keep Yehovah’s commandments and refuse to live in deliberate sin.

Its deep red color points to the life and precious blood of Yeshua, shed for our sins and disobedience, bringing with it the crown of life.

The Thorns symbolize weeping, gnashing of teeth, and those left without hope.

Because of our transgressions, Yeshua endured severe torture. The Nails represent the condemnation facing those who refuse to repent or keep the commandments—a judgment that ends in the second death. As Job 36:12 warns: “If they do not listen, they will perish by the sword and die without knowledge.”

The decrees of Yehovah are completely trustworthy, imparting wisdom to the simple.

The commandments of Yehovah are right, bringing pure joy to the heart.

The directives of Yehovah are clear, illuminating how we ought to live.

Reverence for Yehovah is pure, enduring forever.

The laws of Yehovah are perfect truth; every single one is fair and just.

They are far more desirable than gold—even the finest, purest gold.

They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping directly from the comb.

By them Your servant is warned, and in keeping them there is great reward.

(Psalm 19:7–11)

The one who belongs listens and responds to Yehovah's words. If you don't listen and respond, it is because you don't belong to Yehovah." John 8:47
